Returns from the UK
We offer free returns for all our UK customers.
To create a free returns label follow this link.
Then download, print and complete this returns form and include it in your parcel.
Please make sure to include your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation.
Returns must arrive in their original condition and should be sent to the following address:

Returns from outside the UK:
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns from outside the UK.
Please download, print and complete this returns form and include it in your package.
Either use our Royal Mail returns link or book a secure, trackable courier of your choice and retain proof of postage.
Once we receive your package we will process your return and inform you of its progress via email.
Exchanges from the UK
We currently only offer free exchanges for UK customers.
Please email email@example.com with your order number and what you would like to exchange.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 14 days of the original delivery date. Exchanges received outside the above window will not be accepted.
Exchanges will be processed within 10 days of us receiving the items. Once we have processed the exchange, you will receive an email confirmation.
Exchanges only apply for a different size of the same item. If the required size is out of stock we will issue a full refund.
Exchanges from outside the UK
Customers outside the UK wanting to exchange an item should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You must cover the shipping fees for both the returned item and new delivery cost.
We cannot refund or exchange any personalised orders, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Before embroidering a garment we make every effort to check there are no faults or issues however should you feel the garment is faulty, please contact the team at email@example.com with photos to demonstrate the issue. Please note, returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered and we are happy with the proof of this.
